CNC Plasma / Oxy-Fuel Cutting
Profile cutting of stringers, brackets and cage hoops with dimension checks to ISO 2768-mK on first pieces.
160 T Hydraulic Press Brake
Bending of walk-thru rails, platform edges and bracket profiles to drawing tolerances.
8+ MIG/MAG Weld Stations
Certified welders to ISO 9606-1, WPQR per ISO 15614-1. Visual inspection per ISO 5817 Level C, PT on ≥10% of welds.
5 T Overhead Crane
Handles 12 m+ single-piece ladder sections and full cage assemblies during pre-assembly QC.
Shot-Blast Room
Surface prep to SA 2.5 before painting — zinc-rich primer 80 μm + polyurethane topcoat 50 μm, adhesion to ISO 2409.
Calibrated Inspection Tools
Micrometers, callipers, coating thickness gauges and weld gauges — all QC records kept 10 years.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
HDG Partner: 14m Bath Within 30km
We do not run our own galvanizing line — we run a long-term contract with a certified HDG partner 30 km from the plant. Their bath holds a 14 m single piece, which covers our tallest standard and custom sections.

Welders hold ISO 9606-1 certificates with WPQR per ISO 15614-1.
Yes — QC records (MTC, dimension reports, weld records, coating reports, photos) are kept 10+ years and available on request. Every shipment includes a free documentation pack: MTC (EN 10204 3.1), weld inspection records, dimension verification, HDG coating report, DoC and structural calculations.
Around 1,500 tonnes per year — roughly 6,000-10,000 linear metres depending on configuration — and 8-12 × 40 ft containers exported monthly. Standard lead time is 15-25 working days after drawing approval; express runs 10-15 days at a 20-30% surcharge.
