Protection First
Packaging: VCI + ISPM 15
Two layers of protection on every export crate — corrosion-inhibiting VCI film on the metal, and ISPM 15 heat-treated timber so the crate clears customs anywhere.
VCI Rust Protection
Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor film wraps each galvanized or stainless ladder. It releases a microscopic anti-corrosion layer that stops rust in humid container air — without oils or greases that need cleaning on arrival.
- Protects HDG and painted finishes in transit
- No residue to wipe before installation
- Specified for ocean freight humidity cycles
ISPM 15 Heat-Treated Crates
All wooden crates are ISPM 15 compliant and stamped with the heat-treatment mark. No bark, no untreated softwood — so the crate is not held at the destination port for phytosanitary inspection.
- ISPM 15 mark stamped on every crate
- Load-tested for 40ft container stacking
- Crate plan included in the shipping documents
Proven Export Rhythm
Monthly Shipping Capacity: 8-12×40ft
Two production lines move 8 to 12 forty-foot containers every month. When your order is ready, it joins a scheduled loading window — your crate is not waiting for a partial container.
- Fixed weekly loading schedule to major ports
- Consolidated groupage or full-container-load options
- Export documentation matched to destination port
- Pre-shipment photos and weight report before loading

Ladders are wrapped in VCI anti-corrosion film, vacuum-sealed, protected with PE corners and steel strapping, then packed on ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets or crates. Stainless steel items get desiccant inside sealed wooden crates; every pallet is labeled with the project, PO and gross/net weights.
Southeast Asia 7-14 days, Middle East/South Asia 15-25, Europe 25-35, Americas 25-40 and Oceania 15-25 days by sea. Exact freight rates are quoted per destination port in your itemized quote, with CIF on request.
