Fixed Vertical Ladder
A fixed vertical ladder runs straight up a wall, tank or column. We build continuous runs to 14 m in HDG or stainless — with the fall-protection layer that matches the height.
Up to 10 ft (3 m)
Short vertical runs for plant platforms and tank steps. Plain rung ladder, no fall-arrest hardware required.
10 – 24 ft (3 – 7.3 m)
Mid-height runs. A cage or ladder safety system can be added where site policy asks for it.
24 – 46 ft (to 14 m)
Tall vertical runs with a PFAS rail or ladder safety system — what OSHA 1910.27 expects over 24 ft.

Fixed Vertical Ladder — the Numbers That Matter
A vertical ladder is judged by four numbers: rung diameter, rung pitch, clear width and per-rung load. Get those right and the climb stays comfortable at 14 m — get them wrong and every ascent is a fight.
Climb Comfort — What We Build In
Rung pitch never varies along the run — a uniform stride keeps the climber in a steady rhythm and reduces fatigue on tall climbs.
Φ20 mm serrated rungs grip wet boots; HDG or stainless keeps the grip surface for decades without maintenance.
Rungs held clear of the wall so toes and knuckles never scrape — the gap that separates a comfortable ladder from a cramped one.
Beyond 14 m we split the climb with a rest platform — each section still ships pre-assembled and trial-fitted.
