The 7-Step Fixed Ladder Order Process
Every Dengtai order follows the same documented path — with a hard time commitment and a QC gate at each step. No surprises, no silent delays.
Steps 1–2
Step 1-2: Inquiry & Engineering Review (≤4h)
- 1Inquiry — send specs, drawings or a rough idea. Height, material, quantity and the standard you must meet.
- 2Engineering Review ≤4h — our engineers check feasibility, rung loads and clearances within 4 business hours.
Steps 3–4
Step 3-4: Shop Drawings & Approval (1-2 Days)
- 3Shop Drawing — full fabrication drawing with dimensions, weld callouts and anchor plan in 1–2 days.
- 4Your Approval — you sign off the shop drawing before any steel is cut. Nothing runs without it.
Step 5
Step 5: Production (15-25 Working Days)
Material cutting, welding to ISO 5817, rungs pitched at 280 mm, and surface treatment. Your ladder is made to order — not pulled from stock — so every rung and bracket matches the approved drawing.
- Q235B / SS304 / SS316 fabricated to spec
- HDG 85–100 μm or electropolish finish
- Cage hoops Φ700 mm and rest platforms as specified
Steps 6–7
Step 6-7: Pre-Assembly & Shipping
- 6Pre-Assembly & QC — trial-fit in the factory so the install drawing matches what arrives on site. Zero rework.
- 7Shipping — VCI rust protection, ISPM 15 heat-treated crates, EXW / FOB / CIF terms.

The Shop Drawing Is Your Control Point
Before any steel is cut, you approve the shop drawing. That single signature locks the dimensions, material grade, weld spec and anchor plan — so there is nothing left to negotiate when the crate lands.

Height, rung pitch 280 mm, clear width 500 mm, cage Φ700 mm.
Material & finish
Q235B, SS304, SS316; HDG 85–100 μm or electropolish.

Cage start 7–8 ft, PFAS-ready rail for ladders over 24 ft.
Document pack
DoC, MTC 3.1, structural calcs, WPS confirmed in the approval.
