Height Scales Steel
More height = more stiles, more rungs, more kg. The price list prices it by actual weight — no step-based sticker jumps.
Grade Sets the Rate
Q235B, SS304 and SS316 each have a per-kg rate. Choose the grade, and the material line updates to match.
Options Add Lines
Cage, platform, walk-thru, heavier finish — each option adds its own line, so you can price the difference before ordering.

What Moves the Number
Six factors, every one a line item. Change a factor, and only the affected line changes — the rest of the price list stays put.
1. Height
More stiles and rungs — scales the material and welding lines.
2. Material Grade
Q235B → SS304 → SS316 — a per-kg rate change on the material line.
3. Cage vs. PFAS
Cage adds a hoop set; PFAS-ready adds an anchor rail — different lines, same transparency.
4. Platforms & Walk-Thru
Each rest platform or walk-thru gate is an engineered steel assembly with its own line.
5. Finish
HDG 85–100 μm is standard; heavier coating or SS electropolish updates the finish line.
6. Volume
Set-level packaging and freight amortize — larger orders move the per-set packing line down.

Each configuration adds specific lines to the price list — here's what to expect on each one.
Caged
Adds a cage hoop + vertical set line. The 2018 OSHA rule means over-24-ft ladders need PFAS or a ladder safety system — ask us for that line too.
Without Cage
For ladders under 24 ft or with a PFAS rail. Fewer lines on the list — a direct cost saving visible on the component table.
With Platform
Rest platforms at 12–15 ft intervals each add a platform line — engineered steel, load-rated, with its own structural calc.
