Height, width and rung pitch are cross-checked so rungs land evenly — no field surprises on install day.
Code applicability
We confirm which standard applies to your region — OSHA 1910.27, BS 4211, EN ISO 14122-4 or AS 1657 — and build to it.
Cage and fall protection
Height triggers cage or safety system requirements — we flag them before quoting, not after.
Mounting and access
Wall, platform or hatch mounting changes brackets and top details — confirmed in the shop drawing for your sign-off.

Fabrication follows ISO 2768-mK: rung pitch ±2 mm, rail centers ±3 mm, and every cage and rung trial-fitted before packing. A structural calculation sheet — rung load 1.5 kN standard, heavier duty on request — is included free with the documentation pack.
