Which material is best for outdoor industrial use?
Q235B carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing (85–100 µm per ISO 1461) is the cost-effective outdoor standard — it outlasts paint by decades in most climates.
When should I specify SS316 instead of SS304?
Use SS316 for marine, coastal or chemical environments where chlorides attack 304. For food, pharma and general washdown, SS304 is usually sufficient.
Can you mix materials on one order?
Yes — for example galvanized steel rails with stainless rungs, or aluminum cages on steel ladders. Tell us the site conditions and we'll engineer the combination.
Do you supply material certificates?
Every order ships with MTC (EN 10204 3.1) for steel grades used, plus DoC, weld records and coating reports — traceable to the heat number.
What is your production capacity?
