What the QC Record Shows
Heavy duty means thicker stiles, reinforced rung connections and welds that pass a visual inspection every single time. That is why facility managers keep ordering export-grade ladders from this factory.
Heavy Duty Builds
Heavy Duty Fixed Ladder Manufacturer Options & Configurations
Reinforced, weld-tested, coating-verified — choose the heavy duty configuration your site needs.

Heavy-Duty Welded Steel
Q235B with reinforced rung connections, ISO 5817 welds, HDG 85–100 μm. Our highest-rated configuration for industrial plants.

Electropolished Stainless
SS304 & SS316, pickled or electropolished, with MTC 3.1 traceability and PT-tested welds for food and pharma plants.

Heavy-Duty Aluminum
6063-T5 extruded with thicker stiles — non-sparking for telecom and water treatment where corrosion is the main enemy.

Quality You Can Verify
The Five-Stage QC System in Detail
Quality is not a slogan here — it is five inspection gates, each with records you can audit, from incoming steel to the packed container.
Stage by Stage
Incoming material inspection
Every steel batch is checked 100% against its mill certificate — chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions and surface — per GB/T 700, ASTM A36 or EN 10025.
Cutting & preparation
CNC plasma/flame cutting, sawing, drilling, bending and chamfering. First piece gets 100% dimensional check; subsequent pieces are sampled to ISO 2768-mK.
Welding & assembly
100% visual inspection per ISO 5817:2014 Level C, plus ≥10% random dye-penetrant (PT) testing on critical joints. Welders hold ISO 9606-1 certificates; procedures qualified per ISO 15614-1.
Surface treatment
Hot-dip galvanizing per ISO 1461:2022 — local ≥85 µm, average ≥100 µm — with adhesion and uniformity checks; or zinc-rich primer 80 µm + polyurethane topcoat 50 µm with ISO 2409 adhesion test.
Final inspection & packing
Cage/rail trial pre-assembly, full dimension check, nameplate verification and packaging check — VCI rust protection, vacuum wrap, ISPM 15 fumigated pallets.
Sample Documentation Pack
MTC (EN 10204 3.1)
Mill test certificate with heat number traceability for every grade used.
Weld inspection record
Visual and PT results with welder IDs and procedure references.
Dimension verification report
Measured vs. drawing for every critical dimension, signed by QC.
HDG coating report

Declaration of Conformity and engineer-signed calcs — free with every order.
Quality FAQ
How do you test welds?
100% visual inspection per ISO 5817:2014 Level C on every weld, plus ≥10% random dye-penetrant (PT) testing on critical joints. Welder certificates (ISO 9606-1) and WPQRs (ISO 15614-1) are available.
What zinc thickness do you guarantee?
HDG per ISO 1461:2022 — local coating ≥85 µm, average ≥100 µm — measured with calibrated thickness gauges and reported per batch.
Can I receive QC photos during production?
Yes — stage photos (cutting, welding, HDG, pre-assembly, packing) are sent on request, and video calls can be arranged.
What if inspection finds a defect?
Non-conforming parts are reworked or scrapped before packing — nothing ships until the final gate passes. You also get the dimension and coating reports to verify.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Every order ships with DoC, MTC 3.1, weld records, dimension report and structural calcs — if a documented requirement is missed, we correct it at our cost.
