Cutting & forming
CNC plasma/flame cutting, 160T hydraulic press brake, sawing and drilling in-house.
Welding
8+ MIG/MAG stations, welders certified to ISO 9606-1, procedures qualified per ISO 15614-1.
Handling & finishing
5T overhead crane, shot-blasting room, and a certified HDG partner within 30 km (bath accepts 14 m single pieces).
Logistics
280 km to Tianjin Port, 8–12 × 40 ft containers exported monthly.
Five-Stage Quality Control
Incoming material
Steel checked 100% against mill certificates — chemistry, mechanicals, dimensions (GB/T 700, ASTM A36, EN 10025).
Cutting & prep
First-piece full dimension check, sampling per ISO 2768-mK.
Welding
100% visual per ISO 5817 Level C; ≥10% random dye-penetrant testing.
Surface treatment
HDG per ISO 1461 (local ≥85 µm, average ≥100 µm) or paint system with adhesion test.
Final inspection
Cage trial assembly, full dimension check, nameplate and packaging verification (VCI + ISPM 15).
Factory FAQ
What is your lead time?
Production is 15–25 working days after drawing approval. Rush is available at +20–30% (10–15 working days). HDG adds 2–3 days, included in the timeline.
Can we audit the factory?
Yes — factory audits are welcome. QC records are kept 10+ years, and we can share MTCs, weld and coating reports before you commit.
Do you stock ready-made ladders?
No — every ladder is made to order and pre-assembled, which is why dimensions always match your site. Fast custom production replaces stock.
What documents ship with each order?
MTC (EN 10204 3.1), weld inspection records, dimension verification report, HDG coating report, DoC, structural calculation sheet and packing list — all free.
How do you ship internationally?
8–12 × 40 ft containers monthly from Tianjin Port (280 km). Terms EXW, FOB or CIF; packaging is VCI rust-protected with ISPM 15 fumigated pallets.
